To address the high demand, Farmasi leveraged its unique positioning as the owner of the largest cosmetics manufacturing facility in Europe and manufactured a second shipment, which sold out quickly as well. This in-house supply chain model is the new advantage in direct selling, and one that many brands will likely look to emulate.
