Executive Insights is a new video interview series created for busy direct selling executives, hosted by direct selling executives.

Each episode features a one-on-one interview between two industry executives or experts having in-depth conversations about—well—what all of us are thinking about, concerned about and talking about. Only now, these discussions are out in the open so everyone can hear and learn from them.

This debut interview brings together two billion-dollar company executives—Wayne Moorehead, Chief Marketing Officer at Young Living and Ryan Napierski, President at Nu Skin, talking about disruption, the New Normal, what keeps Ryan up at night, and so much more.

Today’s host, Wayne Moorehead, has 20 years’ experience inside and outside the Direct Selling channel including roles as CMO for a large public Health & Wellness brand and an INC 500 company, as well as Chief Brand Officer at the Purple mattress company. He also has extensive agency experience where he worked with many iconic brands including Johnson & Johnson, Fender Guitars, and Disney. He holds an MBA from the Marriott School of Business.

Today’s guest, Ryan Napierski, has journeyed around the world and held a variety of roles since beginning his direct selling career with Nu Skin in 1995. Ryan is leading the transformation of Nu Skin from an international, person-to-person, pipeline business to become a customer, global, digital-first opportunity platform, connecting entrepreneurial networks together with a broadening consumer online-marketplace.
