5LINX Executive William Faucette Jr. Promoted to CEO

After 14 years of service, Craig Jerabeck is stepping down from his role as CEO of 5LINX Enterprises. New York-based 5LINX has named William Faucette Jr., formerly Vice President of North American Sales, as Jerabeck’s successor.

Faucette began his career at 5LINX as a representative selling the company’s essential products and services for home and business. 5LINX has since expanded its offerings with a line of wellness products. As Faucette built one of the company’s largest downlines, he kept his day job as Chief of Staff for Rochester, New York, where he was the youngest senior manager in the city’s history. He joined 5LINX corporate in January 2009, after more than eight years as a field leader.

For his achievements, Faucette has been named Citizen of the Year by the Alumni Association of the African American Leadership Development Program. EBONY magazine has also recognized him as one of its “30 Leaders Under 30.”

“This is very good news for our company and the Greater Rochester community,”  Jeb Tyler, who co-founded 5LINX with Jerabeck and Jason Guck, said in a statement. “It is a brand-new day for our company, and we expect to continue growing, continue expanding internationally, and continue creating new jobs in Rochester.”

For the past nine years, 5LINX has earned a spot on the Inc. 500/5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. In 2012, the company made its debut at No. 76 on the DSN Global 100, with 2011 revenues of $81 million. 5LINX ranked No. 84 on this year’s list of the top direct selling companies in the world, based on 2014 revenue of $109 million.
